The House aims to provide much needed, affordable, flexible desk and event space for small businesses, freelancers and start-up companies working across Tunbridge Wells' creative sector. The building itself, which is located in Monson Road in the heart of the town, provides 53 desk spaces, 10 drop in (hot desk) positions, meeting and venue spaces as well as number of shared areas including a large kitchen and decked garden.
The House exists to provide a home to small businesses as well as to be a focal point for the local creative sector and is the the result of a collaboration between two Tunbridge Wells based creative businesses, Tunbridge Wells Borough and Kent County Councils.

This office is located in Lonsdale Gardens, in a quiet position in a private road of ‘Professional’ businesses right next to the station. We have numerous spaces ranging from 2 to 8 person private offices as well as a dedicated coworking room where individual desks are available from £225 per month.
Just off Tonbridge High Street, in the grounds of the Castle, this former home of the historical archives has been fully renovated and opened as a shared coworking space. We offer part time hot desking at £99 per month for up to half the week and allocated desks for £225. It’s close to the Old Fire Station cafe, park, swimming pool and station.
